To share
Beef, tuna, salmon and scallop tartares and carpaccios. Wood-fired roasted Camembert with honey, seared foie gras on gingerbread toast, garlic bone marrow, jumbo prawn cocktail.

Mediterranean side
Truffle risotto, Nisso la Bella risotto (mussels, clams, prawns), scallop and artichoke risotto. Spaghetti vongole, lobster spaghetti, beef spaghetti in a parmesan wheel. Penne fumato.

Catch of the day
Salmon fillet with beurre blanc, seared tuna, babonne fillet, whole fish of the day. Saint-Brandon lobster. The fisherman's platter brings together fish, shrimps, camaron, lobster, mussels and clams.

For meat lovers
Beef fillet with pepper sauce, beef tagliata, Black Angus rib steak, rib of beef, lamb shank, rack of lamb with aubergine gratin and mint sauce, kidneys with pepper or mushroom sauce. The signature Poivrier burger, the butcher's board to share for two.

To finish
Chocolate mousse, tiramisu, île flottante, panna cotta, profiteroles. Lemon tart and Paris-Brest signed by G. Canet. The Sagoo Poivrier, the house signature.

Champagnes (Taittinger, Laurent Perrier, Roederer, Ruinart, Dom Pérignon), Grand Crus from Burgundy (Charmes Chambertin, Échezeaux, Pommard 1er Cru), Bordeaux (Margaux, Pomerol, Saint-Émilion), Châteauneuf-du-Pape, organic Côte Rôtie. And day to day, an accessible selection of domains from Provence, Côtes-du-Rhône, Italy, South Africa and New Zealand.
